Self-help book to assist people in their 40s in reevaluating, realigning and rebooting their lives
Diane Mullen steps into the publishing world with
‘43 YEAR OLD FEMALE’
Taking inspiration from her own experiences and realizations that resulted in her life reboot, Diane Mullen writes “43 YEAR OLD FEMALE” (published by AuthorHouse), a book that serves as a foundation and inspiration to reevaluate, realign and reboot life during a person’s 40s.
Mullen’s book presents a method to rebooting lives, including tips and tools to train the brain and body using change of habit, as well as how to apply the same method to take action on your bucket list and daily life happiness.
“43 YEAR OLD FEMALE” will greatly help people who are entering midlife. “I think that when people enter their 40s, they start to look at their life with more clarity, or want to. It is a friendly wake-up call for those that feel this desire and courage to take a deeper look,” Mullen says.
Through her first published book, Mullen hopes to relay that it is important to stop long enough to truly see where a person’s life is going and determine whether it matches their inner compass. “Your 40s is a decade in life that, in many ways, opens you up to make changes that actually stick. You know yourself more authentically because you’ve experienced life more thoroughly,” she explains.
